House Rules at Club Tarahal

We want all our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. Please observe the following rules:

• Respect: We ask for quiet hours in the complex between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Non-smoking: Our apartments are non-smoking accommodations. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies using the provided ashtrays.
• Pool usage: Please follow the rules of use and safety notices displayed at the shared rooftop pool. The applicable statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
• Cleanliness and damage: Please treat the apartment with care. Standard end-of-stay cleaning is included in the agreed total price. For damage or exceptional soiling beyond normal use, compensation may be claimed only as provided by the applicable law. The basis and amount of any claim must be substantiated. Normal wear and tear will not incur an additional charge.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is convenient from 3:00 PM via access code. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
