Terms and Conditions

• Scope: These terms and conditions apply to direct bookings of Tarahal Apartments through this website and the Smoobu booking system embedded in or linked from it. The accommodation provider and your contracting party is Dmitriy Kogan.
• Booking and formation of the contract: The guest selects the apartment, travel dates and number of guests, enters their contact details and selects an available payment method. Before submitting, the guest can review and correct their details. By clicking the final booking button, the guest submits a binding offer to enter into an accommodation contract at the displayed total price. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our booking confirmation.
• Payment terms: The total price displayed before the booking is completed is the final price for the booked stay and includes all mandatory costs. This amount is payable in full in euros (EUR); payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
  
  Payment is made either using the PayPal payment option provided during booking or by SEPA Instant bank transfer to the bank account stated in the payment instructions. For a bank transfer, include the booking number and full name as the payment reference. If the full amount has already been paid via PayPal, no further payment is required.
  
  Any different payment method or payment deadline must be agreed with us before booking. This applies in particular if neither PayPal nor SEPA Instant bank transfer is available. Contact: apartments.tarahal@gmail.com.
• Cancellations: The cancellation policy stated at the time of booking applies, including the rules on the agreed total price, refund calculation and the initiation of refunds within 14 calendar days after receiving the cancellation. We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
• No statutory right of withdrawal: Bookings of our holiday apartments for specified arrival and departure dates are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, under Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). The agreed cancellation policy and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
• Arrival and Departure: The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM to ensure proper cleaning for subsequent guests.
• House Rules and Liability: Please treat the apartment and its inventory with care and report any damage you notice without undue delay. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
  
  The applicable statutory liability rules govern claims for damage and for loss of or damage to personal belongings. These terms do not exclude or restrict the accommodation provider’s statutory liability.
  
  Guests are liable for damage only to the extent that they are responsible under the applicable law. Normal wear and tear from proper use will not be charged as damage.
